Come see The Beatles Art Exhibition at Yumi Restaurant this week! Attend a once in a lifetime moment in Beatles-history. Three amazing women will visit Sea Bright, New Jersey because of family ties in the area. Shannon, May Pang, and Nancy Lee Andrews are Internationally known in The Beatles world. What these three women bring to the table has been called “sensational” as their latest show at the National Arts Club of New York City proved. Shannon (a Jersey Girl) is known as, “The World’s Greatest Beatles Artist”. A title bestowed on her by the magistrate of Liverpool. Her paintings are vividly breathtaking and famous globally. The first thoughts on everybody’s mind... “These are paintings? I thought they were photographs!” Shannon was also inducted into The Cavern Club Hall of Fame, a prestigious award given to musicians only. She rocked history once again by being the first inductee to be awarded for her nonmusical contributions to Liverpool, England. (The Cavern Club is where the Beatles began their career) May Pang, assistant to John Lennon and Yoko Ono for many years at Apple Corp, had an intimate affair (with Yoko’s blessings) with John Lennon for what is historically known as “The Lost Weekend”. Her rewarding photos show that the weekend lasted more than 2 years and was anything but a loss for John Lennon and herself - which included Julian Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, Harry Nilsson, and others. Nancy Lee Andrews (another Jersey Girl), a former model, was engaged to Ringo Starr. For over 6 years she captured the famous mop-top drummer in humor, love, sexiness, and seriousness. Her contributions also show photos of other rock super stars like George Harrison, Keith Moon and Leon Russell.
